Chelsea confirms midfielder Awako move to TP Mazembe

first_imgBerekum Chelsea have confirmed the transfer of midfielder Gladson Awako to Congolese giants TP Mazembe.The 22 year old has signed a five year deal for a fee of 400,000 dollars. Awako has already begun training with the Lubumbashi-based side.According to Berekum Chelsea’s director of Operations Oduro Sarfo who confirmed the deal to JOY Sport, both the club and Awako have made a good business.“It’s ok for him to play for Mazembe because it provides the platform that can showcase the boy internationally”.
