These are the types of scenarios a person could find himself or herself in one day. “You didn’t know what to expect and there was blood everywhere,” Registered Nurse graduate, Carolyn Dubie said.Creating a mock disaster four Alpena Community College Registered Nurse graduates were put to the ultimate test during a nursing lab college shooting. “I thought they did a wonderful job,” Director of Nursing, Melissa Fournier said.During the challenge each student faced critical thinking, crisis knowledge, a gunman, injuries and high and lows.
